Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (8-12 yrs)

Mandatory Skills :

Power Platform Expertise : Proven experience in developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

SharePoint Framework (SPFx) : In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SPFx, essential for creating custom web parts and extensions in SharePoint Online.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Development : Design and implement custom business applications leveraging Power Platform and SPFx to meet organizational needs.

Integration : Seamlessly integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online and other Microsoft 365 services.

Best Practices : Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and best practices in solution development.

Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.

Training and Support : Provide guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders, facilitating effective adoption of developed solutions.

Qualifications :

Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 8 years in IT, with at least 5 years focused on Power Platform and SPFx development.

Technical Proficiency : Strong skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with REST APIs and integration techniques.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in English.

Problem-Solving : Demonstrated analytical skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications : Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent.

Agile Methodologies : Experience working in Agile development environments.

Additional Tools : Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and other version control systems.
