Job Description
- Manage networking, infrastructure, and virtual server creation and deployment for clients.
- Handle cloud environment management, including load balancing, storage, backup and recovery, security groups, resource groups, and network resources.
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects, including resource planning and operational work execution plans.
- Oversee and maintain Azure AD/Intune for identity and device management.
- Provide technical leadership for teams working on infrastructure projects.
- Ensure smooth execution of infrastructure-related tasks, prioritizing organizational and time management skills.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support.
- Expertise in networking, infrastructure, and cloud technologies (Azure and AWS virtual instances).
- Strong knowledge of Azure AD/Intune for identity management.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes (advantageous).
- Familiarity with automation scripting languages (Python and Bash).
- Competence in SQL databases, Azure technologies, and PowerShell.
- Fundamental understanding of networking concepts like DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and routing protocols.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, writing, and customer service skills.
