The position :
As a SharePoint Administrator, you will be responsible for Administration, Configuration and support SharePoint systems according to company specifications.
This position holder will be responsible for the support and operations of SharePoint Online You are expected to Manage SharePoint Online (Office 365) Development requests, Configuring, Administration and Deploying solutions.
Responsibilities and Skills :
SharePoint Administrator :
- Provide SharePoint administration and technical support for O365 Enterprise SharePoint.
- Design, configure, manage, and maintain comprehensive site, and list level usage reports and usability analysis.
- Identify and report governance violations for Enterprise SharePoint using DLP and IRM configurations for O365 SharePoint.
- Managing System Operations and Services.
- Hands on Power Automate, Power Apps and other M365 suite of applications.
- Support Microsoft One Drive for Business sync issues.
- Test and implement new features in a SharePoint Online.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support for end users utilizing O365 SharePoint Online.
- Handle Incident, Problem and Change Management and document the changes.
Qualification :
- We would expect you to hold Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience.
- 5+ years of experience into IT industry or equivalent.
- 2+ years of expertise as SharePoint Developer.
- 2+ years of experience into pharmaceutical industry.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication skills written and oral in English.
- Admirable presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Capability to represent client relations with external stakeholders.
- Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
- High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones.
- Fully independent in day to day work.
- Excellent in living the NNWAY.
- ITIL foundation or intermediate level certification.
- Able to lead the team when required.
- Able to innovate within framework to help team and the system.
