there is nothing to like. you get a better salary when you join but no job security . They can fire you at any time without any reason.

No job security . there is no work life balance . Managers won't think that we have a personal life other than office work. No good management. Hierarchy is not maintained properly.

Overall it's a good company. Variable pay is 10% but they used to pay it completely.

Dislikes

There are not many benefits like internet reimbursement. The notice period is 90 days! we need to log for 9 hours (even if you worked 11-12 hours), there is no overtime benefits

You get to learn a lot here. Get complete exposure to Software development cycle. Senior management trusts you and you are given good opportunities.

Compensation is below market average. Hiring process is not based on skills rather it is based on expected CTC of the candidate. Difficult to maintain work life balance

...ing fired in a short notice. Most of the HR will discriminate. Less or no bonus. Also the in hand salary is less, they do a lot of deduction. Some times you have to work on weekends also without any benefits. You have to work a minimum 8.5 hours per day
