This organisation has no respect for an employee. I have worked for the organisation 5 years and they haven’t give so much promotion they also thin as you are traitors of the organisation.

Everything, this organisation haven plenty of departments but they only work for the MD. HR is useless they don’t do anything if you escalate anything they won’t be able to take any call and have to work as per the MD only.
