Basic lifestyle in company, Still following old procedures, Don't spent much on marketing or awareness for the employees, They gave me the initial job with lot of work to do and made me survive. joined during the campus placement this year in 2024. Training given was late, work is also very lately provided. salary also given late but this focuses completely on performance. If you perform well you are in, if you not perform well then you are fired.
