NO SUPPORT AT ALL, BUTTERING JOB, NO JOB SECURITY FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE, SOME OF THE MANAGERS FEEL THAT THEY OWNED THE COMPANY, EVERY ONE IN THEIR OWN REGIONS LOOTING OWNERS ARE ALL SAME CLASS, ALL OPERATIONS WORST ESPECIALLY ACCOUNTS TEAM DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCOUNTS. EVERY ONE TAKING MONEY OUT AND FILLING THEIR OWN POCKETS, ONWERS NEED TO LOOK IN TO EACH DEPARTMENTS AND DONT TRUST THE MANANGER'S BLINDLY. VERY POOR SUPPORT FROM MANAGMENT, THEY PUT THE STAFF ON LEAVE WITH OUT PAY FROM SIX MONTHS AND SUDDENLY FORCED TO RESIGN WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND PROPER COMPENSATION. CCOMPANY DOESNOT THE STAFF AT THE TIME OF PANDAMEIC. THEY ASKED THE STAFF TO PAY FOR STAFF ERROR DURING THE PANDAMEIC. SO MANY STAFF ARE GOING THROUGH HAND TO MOUTH SUTIATION, SOME STAFF DONT HAVE MONEY TO EAT ONE TIME FOR FILL THEIR HUNGER. THEY KEPT ALL THE MANAGERS AND REMOVED THE WORKING STAFF....Read More

THERE IS LOT OF POLITICS. NEWS COMERS DOESNOT BREATH PROPERLY, MANAGERS ARE HOPLESS AND IN HUMAN IN NATURE, THEY ONLY SUPPORT ONLY THEM WHOM THEY LIKE. DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME TIME BY JOINING THIS COMPANY, DURING PANDAMEIC THEY KEPT THERE BEST FREINDS REST THEY KICK THEM UP.

Their is no job security in this organisation. They sent the most of the employees on sabbatical leave without written confirmation for indefinite time and forced them to put down their paper verbally with only one month compensation. The company has no value, no ethics. I don't find management is relevant. Work culture is not as per the mark. One will dislike most of the things after joining. Poor and worst overall management, Eastern region mangement doesn't have decision making power. Their first and foremost priority to keep their bosses happy in every possible way. They aren't supportive at all. Remember, employees will never had their superior/manager/management support when things would get escalated. Even, Regional Management won't appreciate anyone even you are working more than the actual working hours (8:30 hours daily) and not even happier if you would work for 12 hours, always indirectly insist you to work without any benefits. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> NO JOB SECURITY at all based on most of the employees experience throughout India</mark>. Undoubtedly dirty politics are the part the overall management. My only suggestion is things 10 times before joining this company.
