Poor Management. No Support from head office. Low salary, No benefits, Very slow increments. No career growth.

Management is not talented, they are not professionals. They do not support sincere staffs. they like only staff who provide information about other staffs. They have stict timings no compramise. We have to work based on our knowlege, there is no guidance from seniors.

Dislikes

There is never a team work, no career growth unless you give information about other staffs. Lot of Politics. We can never learn from this company. If you are very innovative, we can survive, ignoring the comments of seniors.

Riya travel manager and senior staff don't have this words in there dictionary... Training,job security,career growth,salary/appraisal,travel,learning,innovation...lots of politics by seniors staff and managers they also never help and support you.
