Likes

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are positive and supportive with working. Company leaves policies are best given privilege leave, public holidays and religious holidays. Salary is decent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics by local branch management and dose not address our issues to HR. Salary is decent but growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Overall experience with Riya Travels has not been so good. Expected support from the company during this pandemic as everyone is facing financial crisis. Sorry to say but the company failed to provide that support to their employees. They had options while making work plans for different teams, they would have reduced salaries of each employee in the team by treating everyone equally and keep the team running but rather than doing this they removed half of the employees from the teams which doesn't look justifiable....Read More

Worst company to work with, no recognization for experienced staff, all managers do not have any working knowledge. Only dominating personalities. Management is worst. No job securities. I personally will not recommend any one to join Riya Travel & Tours I Pvt Ltd.

Top management do not have knowledge about the field, lot of politics, no career growth. Top management talk about the staff behind their back & jock behind them.
