NO SUPPORT AT ALL, BUTTERING JOB, NO JOB SECURITY FOR HARD WORKING PEOPLE, SOME OF THE MANAGERS FEEL THAT THEY OWNED THE COMPANY, EVERY ONE IN THEIR OWN REGIONS LOOTING OWNERS ARE ALL SAME CLASS, ALL OPERATIONS WORST ESPECIALLY ACCOUNTS TEAM DONT HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE ACCOUNTS. EVERY ONE TAKING MONEY OUT AND FILLING THEIR OWN POCKETS, ONWERS NEED TO LOOK IN TO EACH DEPARTMENTS AND DONT TRUST THE MANANGER'S BLINDLY. VERY POOR SUPPORT FROM MANAGMENT, THEY PUT THE STAFF ON LEAVE WITH OUT PAY FROM SIX MONTHS AND SUDDENLY FORCED TO RESIGN WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND PROPER COMPENSATION. CCOMPANY DOESNOT THE STAFF AT THE TIME OF PANDAMEIC. THEY ASKED THE STAFF TO PAY FOR STAFF ERROR DURING THE PANDAMEIC. THERE IS LOT OF POLITICS. NEWS COMERS DOESNOT BREATH PROPERLY, MANAGERS ARE HOPLESS AND IN HUMAN IN NATURE, THEY ONLY SUPPORT ONLY THEM WHOM THEY LIKE. DONT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME TIME BY JOINING THIS COMPANY, DURING PANDAMEIC THEY KEPT THERE BEST FREINDS REST THEY KICK THEM UP.

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are positive and supportive with working. Company leaves policies are best given privilege leave, public holidays and religious holidays. Salary is decent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics by local branch management and dose not address our issues to HR. Salary is decent but growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Job is secured but in this start of covid19 company use to pay basic salary but from July months its all has been stoped so we have been told that there will be no salary for 3months so my request is this that atleast in this crisis company should takecare of the employees because weand our family is depend on that income now we dont have any other sources of income....Read More

Before covid-19 everything fine,but after covid-19 company not providing full salary, company management working as per own rules No job security at all now for pan India staff Not providing any written confirmation regarding any salary deduction.
