Working with Riya is or was great experience but during covid19 when they laid off people or them to go sabbatical. It was disheartening. Why new joiners or people not completed probation period has to bear the brunt, whats their fault. They quit their job to work for you with aspiration and will to give 100 pc and grow with the company. Why?

The non compassion Aspect of Riya. They are not concerned about the well being of people on lwp or laid off. They behave d to get rid of you so their job is safe. They could have more balance approach for lwp, each employee should feel the same rather than only few.

As soon as lockdown started, the company was so supportive that they kept me on LWP and it's almost 7 months as of now.Till now didn't received any call from HR asking hows thinks are going on, Yes I received a call after 3 months the operation manager called me and gave me an option to resign.

Inspite of working for several years, the company just gave a notice to remain on LWP.
