The Company has opted to downsize its staff strength since they are in very bad shape financially which had been multipled with Covid Pandemic and its effect upon both domestic and international market and hence asked to put my papers.like various other staffs.

Dislikes

They don't clear the receivables of staffs even after they asked somebody to resign!!! They keep their ex staffs pleading for their legitimate money

There is working environment is very clean & transparent and working team, management is supporting me.

Dislikes

I want to clear all amount from existing employer due to some urgent financial needs. Second reason is my company is a medium industry so desired promotion is not possible.

Overall responsibility of all utility department like -air compressor,humidification,ycp, water management,workshop,fire hydrant system,electrical motor maint.and gear boxes,axial ,and centrifugal fan ,air dryer,solar water heaters.
