Salary mostly to the 1-2 years experience people it will attract you with the percentage of hike they will provide but later on you will realise it's a big mistake as they focus on communication lecture and no upskilling in tech skills and you will be putted on bench and then have to crack client interview one failure of interview and you will be silently laid off

Dislikes

Just focus on communication skills lectures as it should but not 100% they focus 100% on that in your initial 6 months and then you will be put in a bench
