The only good thing about working in Risezonic LLP is that they offer Work From Home.

Dislikes

There are so many, I don't even know where to start from. 1. Work-Life balance is zero. 2. We don't get any appreciation for our work. 3. Our 2nd & 4th Saturdays were made working. 4. They'd threaten us saying that, we make you come to office. 5. If we are unwell, they'd ask us to either submit a medical document n if just havea headache or a toothache n we say that we just need rest, they'd tell us to take the whole month off. 6. We work for 9 hours, without a break. They expect us not to take a break. All days we take our lunch between 3-6pm. 7. We have to choose between holidays, like we had to choose between 'Janmashtami' n 'Bhai dooj'. 8. We don't get paid leaves. 9. We don't get Annual leaves. 10. We don't get Sick leaves. 11<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Whatever leaves we take, it's deducted from our salary</mark>. 12. The owners are very rude n sarcastic....Read More
