...paid leaves. 9. We don't get Annual leaves. 10. We don't get Sick leaves. 11. Whatever leaves we take, it's deducted from our salary. 12. The owners are very rude n sarcastic.

At career point of view you get less opportunities to grow and lack of benefits like no internet reimbursement or workstation provided by the company you have to use your own resources.
