If you get a good supervisor, then you would really like the work. I got a great supervisor who guided me alot. He inspired me alot. I have a lot under him. He had great product knowledge and experience. Always appreciated me, motivated me, uplifted me and help me learn and grow within the organisation
Dislikes
Night Working Hours.
Indians treated as servants. Do you find any US Guy working for Indians at such odd hours.
US People are more favoured by the company. They get extra pays for working extra hour, but Indian people have to work overtime unpaid.

I liked the way the structure for customer support was setup within the company. I mean the way we handled our customers was very neat and this was possible only because of the structure.
Dislikes
Although the structure was pretty decent, there were a lot of flaws in training as we had to learn the product and everything that comes with the role on our own without enough materials to study. With lack of any training, we were also expected to start performing to be the best where we were still understanding how everything works. Everything. No work life balance
Complete night shifts, and in peak season they ask you to work overtime but it's not paid on weekdays.
It's a complete desk job, chats, emails, and zoom calls. The process is not in place, India team is worst to help if asked.
No decent way to communicate anything to associate.
They just want you to work for the complete 8 hours when you are on the system, infact you can't even take a quick loo break cause you don't know if a chat is coming your way. I take my laptop to the washroom. They provide Macs to work on and give good salary, but take the life out of you.
I get 80k per month, but i am dead inside. Night shifts have made is worst. I am already planning to move and can't find anything. Cause the package is so high, and no company gives this much money at entry level work.
Even though the work can easily be done remotely, they are calling the Employees back to office to their Bangalore location...Read More

Biased and toxic work environment, Incompetent HRBPs who is just puppet to supervisors, No company wide structured policy and procedure in place, No respect for employees.
The supervisor specifically Shaz Ansari and his friends are damn egoistic and carry very less experience and negligible people management skills who in return look forward to make life just difficult if questioned anything. The HRBP is just a puppet to works like a salve to these guys.
To enlighten more, there are 2 to 3 people to name; Shaz Ansari, Hitendra Katiar who are college batchmates and here one is reporting to the other after being recommended or so. Over the time, these guys just refer their college friends who are equally incapable as well inexperienced and offer team lead roles among themselves. SUCH PEOPLE HAVE LITERALLY SPOILED THE ENTIRE ORGANISATION. So, just imagine the level of damage these guys can cause to people’s careers who are reporting to them and wants to do their work for the company with honesty. Absolutely unprofessional and the worst part the company still allows people who are related to each other to work under each other and remains to go with the flow. No recognition for the work that you do and extremely unorganised. Do not fall for the advertisements they have made across Bangalore as Engineers Run Rippling. In long term only your career is going to be impacted badly if you are a part of this organisation. Nothing to learn and adversely there will be mental harassment which is more dangerous than anything. Please stay away from this Co. and find some good company to work with who stands high with their values at least to a considerable extent....Read More
