Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a lounge, cafeteria and gaming area to relax. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and apt with industry standards. Salary is on time and loan facility is also available for employees at nominal interest rates. There are 3 big offices of the company within Vadodara and the staff is located under 3 different offices (due to big workforce not able to accomodate all under one roof at the moment) . We get a chance only during company events, gatherings or on celebrations day to meet people working at different offices. Hope, one day all will be accommodated and seated under one big roof.

The job is quite interesting! I got a chance to meet the major clients of the compay and travel to countries like USA, Singapore, Dubai, Philippines, France, Spain, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, Nigeria etc.
