Work ethic, all over complience system to ensure product quality. Provincial biasness and other so many issues which can't be addressed here

Work Details

Very bad and i won't recommend any one. HR policies are employee unfriendly. Most of the people leave this company within a year. Too much non compliance pratice is followed during product testing and manufacturing

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
