No Project. expectation of everything from developer, he will be taking the project by himself for this organization because they blame only new hired employee for this. CEO of company itself take care of everything who is doing what because he does not have any work beside drinking redbull.

Everything i hated about this company. every second week you will fell scared. because of the behaviour of the organization toward you. they always threats you by saying you will be fired because of this and that. this organization is having hiring and firing policy. they hire in starting of the year and fire at the end of every year all the hired employee. if you go on searching the number of employee its almost same every year. This organization will never grow because of the mentality of organization owner itself. he is very manipulative even he fake the story like my organization client is this and that big. but in reality if you ask them the totsl no of project in their organization till that they will tell you a lot.but in reality client takes off their hand and give them ghanta because senior management people are their own friends. they expect every thing from employee that he will be getting project....Read More

1) Hire and Fire Policy: They keep on hire and fire. They have ruined so many careers and they don’t care about the work. They will fire you for silly reasons (like not going to office party, not greeting morning, and evening) in general if you will not dance on their music you will be fired. 2) They will not allow you to take notice period, if you resign you will be released in a day without salary. They find ways to put you on Pip and fire you afterwards. They will frame you of things that you have not done . 3) Spine less Management and CEO: Management doesn’t have any power and decision making, managers even can’t decide their teams leave , everything is controlled by CEO(even whatever HR and management says is drafted by the CEO)CEO has nothing to work except for ruining work culture and to satisfy his EGO. 4) Partially, Unfair and Biasness : In the whole company there is only one female employee who gets away without working. She is currently on world tour funded by the company as it is going to be her company as well. She has changes 4 role within 3 years. Zero experience and still bosses around everyone in the company. 5) Worst HR department -they don’t have any power and have made fun of themselves.
