Moreover, there's a notable tendency to recruit individuals with limited experience, particularly from universities, without providing adequate training or professional development opportunities. It appears that there have been significant changes within the organization since the arrival of the CEO in India, resulting in terminations, layoffs, and voluntary departures due to shifts in the office environment and the CEO's dominant nature. Prior to these changes, the company maintained timely reimbursement and salary payments, indicating financial stability. However, the reasons provided for layoffs contradicted the ongoing hiring activities, leading to confusion among employees. Micromanagement is pervasive throughout the organization, with the CEO's involvement extending into various operational aspects, including marketing, finance, and day-to-day operations.
