RFCL is not a company. It is a con- pany. It has the worst work and ethics culture that one can find in a company. RFCL doesn't have its own hospital. It runs a dispensary from a quarter. The dispensary too isn't equipped with facilities. The doctor hired are contractual and have least knowledge in what they are doing. There are policies that only benefit management. Not a single policy is for the betterment of the employees. A look at the Township and one can imagine the magnitude of corruption that has taken place here. There are no basic minimum amenities inside the Township. Nothing is there in it. All the employees are frustrated and depressed by the management's behavior. The motto here is " Full work extraction without giving a single benefit to employees". If you work hard then here you will made to work like a donkey. If don't work then you are happy here as no one will bother you. The condition of the plant is deplorable. There is not a single proper canteen that cater food of standard quality. A look at the canteen and you will vomit immediately. Proper quality of stale food is provided. PS :- The management of plant and HQ consists of old fashioned backward minded people from NFL. Not much to do. Probability of Promotion after every 4 years. If you mess up with management, forget about promotion. No HR policy . Not much benefits. Salary is not very high. Not much to improve here.

Working here is a new experience related to gas based system unlike coal based. Learning is a continuous process as a person need to know each and every small aspect which values your work experience that I can profoundly relate to work here.

Recently it rolled out PRP. It applied it for the year 2023-2024. But it generously neglected the person who contributed but resigned from company. But other companies even give the PRP to the resigned employees. So you can see, how it treats it's current and resigned employees.

The HR people at RFCL don't know about statutory Laws. They don't even know that Gratuity Act is a law. They won't give you gratuity amount as per law. You have to complain at CEO level to get the amount. A complete ahit of a company. If you think it's a lie. Just work there and then you will know it very well.
