Although Mauritius is an island 🏝 nation and there are very few contractors Reylenferna is second position. Work pressure too much and lagging resources. Staff is cooperative salary structure is a kind of ok.you have to to take care from scratch to handover of project.

Dislikes

The only thing they should re organize the resources and help project team in delivering projects Hr dept. Is very good.
