When I joined here as a Support Specialist a year before, I saw tons of negative reviews about the work nature, KPIs, hire and fire practices, worst Work life balance,etc Now, since I have successfully completed 1 year in Revolut, here is my POV: 1. First, I can’t disagree with all the above things, I’ve seen that. But, I don’t think it makes this company the worst ever. Nowadays, we can expect these kind of practices almost every companies including big named companies as well. 2. At the end of the day, if you do your daily work properly, and managing keep up the KPIs, you can survive in this company like I did. 3. About career progression, it depends on your overall performance every quarter. If you exceed your performance, there’s always an opportunity awaits here to move forward, which ofcourse includes more work and high salary. 4. Salary. I don’t think any company especially in India offering this much of package for a support role except for 1 or 2 companies. 5. The dislikes are there, not gonna lie. But, if are like me who doesn’t care about the negatives, like KPIs, job security, then everything is great.

The foreign team members were very helpful. Within few months I made connections with so many of them, easily approachable. They would also help us if we are stuck and guide how to grow within organisations.

Dislikes

In Jan 2024, I guess Indian management was introduced within company, which led to treating of customer support domain employees poorly. Leaves not getting approved, multiple hirings and firings, not so easy KPIs to accomplish and reduction of NSA from 200% to 50%.

Horrible India Team and laid back people. No one wants to get the job done in time. The India leadership including the CEO has no clue where the firm is heading. Maybe the main CEO Nik will have to look into it on his own. No job security
