There is no Job security, you have to maintain 100% quality amd attainment, Attainment is possible to meet but Quality is not possible to meet 100% quality in every quater. Once you performance is bad in a quater then they will fire you but good thing is they will not disappoint you, will pay you three month salary extra.

Night shifts, rotational shifts ranging from early morning to midnight shifts. Availability to work on both weekends, strict sick leave policy, no growth for role, very very limited role responsibilities and team ownership, lack of timely feedbacks, annual leaves and flexible leaves get rejected very easily with no definite reasons

Flexibility to work schedules, leave procedures, robust confluence for policies and guidelines and obviously the payout.

Dislikes

Being data driven company, in order to maintain the quality scores, they don’t even give asecond thought before firing an employee, which is good for the company but not for the employees, leading to job insecurity.

Everything, don't joing this organization they don't think of their employees as human beings and will give markdowns for even making a small spelling mistake. Their quality analysts have target of giving bad ratings to every work you do. Your manager will never look at your issues and will be an advocate for Revolut's shortcomings.

Terrible work culture Literally started taking anti-depressant due to work stress. Job security is a hugeee concern here. Your life would feel like you are in a "hunger games" movie. The ones you see today won't be with you tomorrow. Only crooked ones can survive. Rest is all about luck. I was happy with the pay but working here costed me lot of my peace

Hire and fire policy no work life balance I had to work for 12 - 14 hours a day just to meet my productivity KPI. They provide Chromebook which comes with bare minimum specifications and lags a lot because you've to keep open multiple tabs in chrome to perform your job. Probation is the worst thing. You feel like a sword is hanging over your head and you'll be kicked out any point of time. Every week many employees get fired in the name of performance which demotivates your morale. Existing employees are also frustrated but can't do anything because nobody wants to lose their employment. Impossible KPIs. Every quarter KPI's get tighter and you feel pressurised that if you don't perform you'll be next to get fired. Excellent pay structure and appraisal and benefits. Transparent pay scale only pf contribution gets deducted from CTC. You will get salary as expected. Lot's opportunity for growth. Free subscription for linkedin learning and many more.

There's a misconception that they hire and fire. The people who are way too much into their into comfort zone can't survive here. Targets are achievable however not easily achievable. There are no bad companies there are only bad managers. One of the worst thing is WFM they're mostly from Europe countries and they don't know how our Indian society works.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for, kicking out people for no reason. I am not going to waste my time writing much about revolut it is not worth. However my honest advice will be please do not waste your time and energy here.
