The wages are competitive and inline with industry trends the work culture is good. Overall. The benefits are fantastic and the expectations are clear overall. They need to work on goal setting and work management. Apart from that everything is fantastic.

Dislikes

Goal setting needs re-evaluation across all levels, it needs to be pragmatic. Business line coaching and shadowing needs to be delivered in a methodical manner, it is sometimes haphazard. Task assignment and or work order planning needs to be strategic and realistic. Middle managers should not have a slaughter house mentality and HRs need to evaluate mental health of employees on a project basis instead of a policy wide one size fits all approach....Read More

Terrible work culture Literally started taking anti-depressant due to work stress. Job security is a hugeee concern here. Your life would feel like you are in a "hunger games" movie. The ones you see today won't be with you tomorrow. Only crooked ones can survive. Rest is all about luck. I was happy with the pay but working here costed me lot of my peace

You learn a lot at Revolut, this is the only positive thing I have to say about this company.

Dislikes

Constant team changes, employees are seen as nothing but number of cases they can make per day, team changes without prior warning. You feel like a contractor at Revolut, not a member of the team. All those values they have are just for show, none of them are displayed when working on Revolut. Then we have the impossible targets, incredibly long trainings which are useless because you never know the team where you are starting. Management is rude and does not care about any complaints. Just look at the reviews for Revolut anywhere, almost always the same negative information.....Read More
