Need a job
Hey everyone,
I am writing this post because I am completely lost.
I am on the hunt for a new job. I have 2.3 years of experience in customer support. I have worked at Tech Mahindra and Revolut. Sadly, I lost my job at Revolut last month as part of a layoff. The problem is that my last CTC was 553,350 LPA, and I am struggling to get anything that matches or exceeds that.
I am feeling lost, I don’t know what to do. Please suggest some ideas, feedback, or guidance. How do I overcome this situation?

You might want to focus on applying to roles that align with your skills and experiences, even if the salary is slightly lower initially. Sometimes, taking a step back can lead to greater opportunities later. Network, keep learning, and stay patient.

Don’t be disheartened. Many people face layoffs and it's tough but this could be an opportunity for you to broaden your skill set. You might also want to reach out to your former colleagues or mentors for leads as personal referrals often open doors.

I feel you... Been there, done that😞 My suggestion would be to apply to roles that match your experience but also consider reaching out to companies that may not be actively advertising positions .... sometimes it's all about who you know.

Could I discuss with HR or not?
Hello Everyone,
I have 6 years of experience in networking and got an offer 18LPA and my current CTC is 8Lpa.
I Accepted offer last month and next month is joining.
But wanted your inputs for should I discuss with HR or not.
When I got job invite on Naukri for the position i got the offer.
Years of experience mentioned 5 to 10
Salary range: 20 to 30lpa .
And during HR discussioni i missed this. Now i am confused shall I discuss with HR ask for raise in current package as mentioned in JD or Not?
If Yes: Then how to start the conversation
or it will goes in wrong direction?

Novartis Job Offer
Hi everyone,
I have 3.6 years of IT experience and currently work at a service-based company in Pune. My current CTC is 14 LPA (13.5 LPA fixed).
I recently received an offer from Novartis Hyderabad as Data Analyst level 3 with a CTC of 19.9 LPA (18.3 LPA fixed).
Is this a good offer, or is it on the lower side for my experience? Would appreciate your suggestions!

Got Offer from TCS!
Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.
