Overall, I was very happy in my previous organization and my superior was supportive of me within my role. The team were great, and we achieved some amazing things whilst I was there. However, if I had to choose one thing that frustrated me slightly, it would have to be the fact I felt , on occasion, my skillset and qualities were not used to their full advantage.
