The worst company I have ever worked . No service standard follows by company. The back area of the resort is terrific. That was a dhaba not star categories hotel. If you compare it with any other luxury property then I marked the company big zero.
Work Details
I left the hotel in 12 days. I didn't like the working condition so that I left the hotel.

It is a terrible company to work with , the managment is very bad but the resort is beutiful

Work culture and managment involvment . You must be having experiance for 20 years in hospitality industry but they will ask you to work as per their likings but the managment is having zero knowledge about f & b operations ( Example)

You work for 24 hrs a day but there is no recognisation , i had terrible time with this resort
i will ask and urge not to join Golkonda resort , You will spoil your career

I love the kind of working exposure with freedom we have here. It gives us the edge and confidence to take our own decisions in the interests of the Company. Lovely atmosphere, sense of security, coordination with boss and team mates are optimum , hence productivity and potential of an individual leads us to enhance our success rate professionally much higher. Overall its our home away from home .
Dislikes
At time liberty to take decision leads one,s decision to impact other teammates in the event of failure . So the strength of the company at times become weakness as well
