Dislikes

Some complains from the parents.. i think management should respond very quickly and clear the problems soon as possible.. some delay about the complaints. Thats it.. but they are refusing all those mistakes slowly.

Actually I m glad to work in resonance college I hve Learnt so many good nd bad things ..I hve satisified frm my bottom of my heart my colleague also same lke me response vll be lke amazing my role is a telecaller but I was enjoyed my job role while dng dat work I hve loved to do job I thought it's my officee so I took a stand nd did my work best as much I can so I left the job becz of my personal issue so.. it's my mistake to came off frm der ... It's such a pleasure to hve a grreat frndz higher authority also treat well... I hve opportunity in a big role but I missed myself...so now all good 😊...Read More

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
