Dislikes

Very slow development and progress. Decision making takes too much time and not very logical at times. The contract period of 3 yesrs vs 5 years is confusing and doesn't provide any clarity to employees beforehand. The contract renewal terms are not clearly defined either.

The company is an initiative of RBI and have seen very little impact of market ups and downs. Hence there are very less occasions of lay-offs due to market performance in the organization. However, the company use to have very condusive environment for the employees. In spite of a contractual opportunity (which is of 5 years and can be considered as a good term in an organization) the resources were finding the culture and the environment pleasant enough to grow their career. However, the senior management is changing now after completion of their endeavor where the board doesn't seem to extend the contract period. These dynamics are impacting the environment and causing a cultural change. It doesn't seems as if the leaders in the organization are moving ahead with any vision. Ultimately, the organization is facing a lots of attrition at various levels. The changes at the senior leadership and higher management also causing policies reformations which are creating a sort of imbalance in the work strength....Read More

The organization is an initiative by the RBI and hence taking only RBI projects. Though the employees have exposure limited to only RBI, there are no global opportunities in the organization. As the organization is in its growing stage, the opportunities to freshers is not at all present even for candidates completing their PG in any streams.
