if the employee is not in a condition to go to the office or sick , they mark it as unplanned even after sharing documents ,later next day they take meeting which demotivates the employees .

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
