I have a total 8 years of experience in software development, but in my career, I have worked for 7 years in RP . Lutfal sir had been always great for me. Project managers and management are also very supportive. It is a lifetime memory. Very stable company so job security is very high. Even in covid19 situation no job cuts is happening here.

I don't have any dislike. But abroad opportunity is not available.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
