The working style is a major problem the senior management is very indecisive and they only want managers who say “ yes sir I can do it for u” they don’t hv a habit of hearing NO…they were known for job security and learning everyday at workplace but there is no job security every 6 months they r companies which r not performing well and need to be closed … instead of opening new stores the whole team is working on closing of stores They ask for business without checking their basics Basic supply and availability of stocks are not available at their stores with POs being raised and no marketing who’s do u think are they going to increase footfalls into their stores It’s run by a leadership team who only understand finance n numbers n money But behind that number there’s the marketing category supply have to do U can sustain easily if u r bosses favourite … u just need to know how to say yes sir It will be done...Read More
