Unprofessional HR, unprofessional payroll team, company don't have hierarchy, at age 50+ with more than 25 years of experience you have to work on bench that indicates no growth. In name of team you will be the only person in the team. Supporting department have more value than core department. 20% of salary goes in health insuranceand that's compulsory even if you personal policy which cost around 50000 rs.
