There is no growth of employees whose working for long time, fresher giving more growth than the experience person. Management is not powerful, heavy work load but they are not providing man powers. Canteen is not free, costly, not that much good quality. In hand salary is very low as per industry level, more cutting other than any pharma industries. Institute took everything in a very good way ensuring our safety from social distancing to periodic testing. But departments had their own issues with not completely taking concerns of employee safety into account. Also incentive and other benefits were not provided for one who worked through out pandemic time. Policies of company was not totally fair for all employees.

Dislikes

As i could say about my experience that one is not allowed to grow and learn, out of his given chores of day. Confied to there respective job roles working extra hours is very common that makes me stressed out and feeling monotonous.

Work Details

At the start of my career i learned a lot and worked really hard going out of my limits and giving what my manager said 101% but when i needed rest and leaves i was deprived of it. As i Wanted to learn some more techniques but was not allowed.
