Although I am having an experience in Banking industry from last 20 years and after joining this company I felt great since inception of my career have worked with all big corporates and by God Grace I found my colleagues are all very cordial....great place to work.

No formal training or inductions, first day first word would be on your targets....how much you will do by this month end....no body will give you inputs on how you will do your business month on month.... Supervisors are worthless....if not able to meet your target supervisors will take the opportunity to make you bog down with pressure and will compell you to do your target from your home....not a good experience so far....Read More

Toxic manager Unnecessary deliverables and deliverable timelines. Even though there is no expectation of the deliverable, the manager makes up his own nonsense deliverable and behaves in a way that its so important that the whole company will suffer if we dont do it The manager has been in the insurance sector for many years, but doesn't know about the sector. Everyone in the company looks down upon this team. Very toxic. Trying to COMPETE with other teams and does not believe in team work. Believes that he's the one who's solving all the problems and solutions, where infact he DOESNT DO ANYTHING ALL DAY. Increments and career growth is 0 here.
