Toxic manager Unnecessary deliverables and deliverable timelines. Even though there is no expectation of the deliverable, the manager makes up his own nonsense deliverable and behaves in a way that its so important that the whole company will suffer if we dont do it The manager has been in the insurance sector for many years, but doesn't know about the sector. Everyone in the company looks down upon this team. Very toxic. Trying to COMPETE with other teams and does not believe in team work. Believes that he's the one who's solving all the problems and solutions, where infact he DOESNT DO ANYTHING ALL DAY. Increments and career growth is 0 here. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
