Even though there is no expectation of the deliverable, the manager makes up his own nonsense deliverable and behaves in a way that its so important that the whole company will suffer if we dont do it The manager has been in the insurance sector for many years, but doesn't know about the sector. Everyone in the company looks down upon this team. Very toxic. Trying to COMPETE with other teams and does not believe in team work. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs.
