There's no support for the freelancer and if you even complaint to the Higher authority there will no action taken for a freelancer it's not good company and the HR team is every worst and there is no HR process followed in the RNLIC and they don't re higher the Ex- employees who want to work again.

There is no support for freelancer and there is no body to acknowledge issues and requirements of freelancer The management level is every poor in supporting the freelancer.
