The salary was fine but there is no opportunity to grow.

The company's employees are of worst nature I had ever seen in my life. They always try to harass and insult you without even thinking or even your are innocent. The seniors are rude and arrogant. They force the female employees to sit late at night all the time. I never suggest anyone to work there.

First and foremost the legal management is awful, higher authorities just keep banging the employees for non performance and why aren't good results achieved. But the fact being that they themselves don't take a call on any case even after several escalations. Targets are not set accordingly, without considering the situation crisis.
