Work life balance is very good. No Work pressure at all. Good for those who want nothing in life but a job only.

There is no work pressure and no career growth as well. If you are in Research keep doing the hard work and get a good institution for your career. Not for those who want financial stability and growth. It is for those who want to sit and earn little bit of money and go home.
