It's better to be jobless than working for this company. It goes by the name of Redstone Learning and dba as Signup Training.

Dislikes

There's no transparency. They don't pay on time. They deduct PF and Income Tax from your salary but do not deposit the same to the respective governing bodies. They don't pay you for months and if you want to leave the company they will ask you to serve 2 months notice. I have no words to decribe how worthless this company is.

Work Details

It's a charity that you do for the company as you don't get paid for the work you do.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
