I open my laptop at 9.30 sharp and working aggressively till 8,9pm or sometimes on month end it's 11 also I don't get extra paid for my extra time infact the office politics is really bad and frustrating

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer.
