There are list of dislikes which I can mention - They do not have proper company bank account to send salary they send it through UPI from personal account that why you will not have proof that you are working on any company - The head do not conduct any team meetings, she just gives work and comes back when something goes wrong from the client's end - They are highly unprofessional for the clinet end...Read More

Tons of Micromanaging and no value addition at all. Clients are apparently above resources in the company and need to be taken care of every moment. Salary is peanuts. No professionalism from manager and lack of clear communication. Manager dumps their mood swings on employees and speaks ill. Keen to hire freshers with a 2 year experiene and slave mindset. Pathetic.

Dislikes

Not worth working here. If you like being pressured 10 times in a day and processes that kill your creativity be my guest. Could be a better company considering the potential and clients but if you keep treating resources like they're nothing you can't sustain. No HR policy in place, people are expected to hire their own replacementand train them. No personal life here. All about work that will only get recognised when you decide to leave.
