Who will call you agent instead of associates. Lots of tracker and error tracking is their goal.you will get to work on low hanging work items as majority of the workdone by your geographical counterparts. Some manager hire candidate from a specific territory. False promises are common. No clear career development map. people with 12yrs of experience are sr analyst. Work is monotonous. After some time you will get bored of doing repetitive work. International travel depends upon your sycophancy skill set, but very rare for associates. Promotes their favorites who can bow down to them.
