5 days work from office but no amenities to manage the load. People have to pay by self for parking, seems they are coming for their personal work or in a shopping mall

1) Toxic Work Culture 2) No flexibility, strict timings (Mandatory 9hrs) 3) Variable will be deducted from your CTC and hence reducing your net credited salary Personally i would not even suggest and refer anyone here to join the company.

It is a typical Lala type company. You will ruin your life and carrier here. They do micromanagement and judge you for everything. Strict timings, zero flexibility and lack of trust in employees. Company doesn't have a proper vision, revenue goals or anything like that. Decision makers are very good at making bad decisions for employees
