The things I like about the organisation is the client base and the call centre is captive.

Despite out of the box efforts since the start of my journey here, the appraisal was given on the basis of my personal equation with the manager. The only appraisal provided to me was as per the ratings because they have no control over that but when it came to market correction or extra efforts, they clearly neglected the fact that I even contributed.

It's a company where leads are scarce and will be given to people who are tenured, if you are friends with manager you are the king, if not your life is hell, I was practically harrassed insulted and terminated.
