It's a company where leads are scarce and will be given to people who are tenured, if you are friends with manager you are the king, if not your life is hell, I was practically harrassed insulted and terminated. HR doesn't give a damn about employee grievances and concerns. The hr nor the manager asked even once about the issues Iwas facing .
