1. Work Life Balance - You can leave after completing a mandatory 9 hour shift. No after work calls post your shift. 2. People - A few of them are really nice and helpful but there are also a few snakes who would use your weaknesses as a shield to protect themselves. 3. Culture - I saw a lot of diversity in terms of hiring, both oriental and cultural. There is no discrimination. They also are very big with celebrating festivals and events. 4. * PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY * I have a few things & hopefully I'll cover them here. 1. Work - If you're looking to grow into the digital domain, this is not the place for you. They have their own platforms which have no value later in your life. You do not get any hands on experience on FB Ads, Analytics, SEMrush or other dignified marketing tools. 2. Bonds / Clauses - They make you sign a bond for 1.5 to 2 years for 50K (or 1 lac) which is illegal. They have the right to terminate you and still recover the bond money failing to which they will not release your experience letter. 3. Senior Management - Even if your TL is a considerate person, he/she will always be pressured under the senior management. If your medically ill or unable to attend work for longer periods of time, they have the right to terminate you instead of giving you the support you need during this time. Forget being on a maternity leave here, complications arise during the initial stages which they do not even consider valid. A lot of female employees have been terminated (or left) for the very same reason. The irony is, the person who leads the senior management is a Woman! 4. No Recognition - Your efforts are not appreciated here. Instead you are given a load of extra work and that doesn't guarantee a raise or appraisal. If you have a good manager you have a 1% chance to put your negotiations forward. 5. Leaves - If you're unwell for a longer duration and suppose you take the week off, they will count the previous weekend as well as the coming weekend and deduct your pay (sandwich leave). You'll have to provide a medical certificate for the littlest thing happens to you and if its too personal, your TL will not even flinch to provide his/her own medical diagnosis on your illness. They will threaten to terminate you despite you being unwell for their own selfish reasons. I was once told that they can hire 2 freshers in the salary they are offering me. You get only 1 sick leave every quarter and somehow you have to save it incase you fall sick (sarcasm) 6. Micromanagement - This shouldn't be a shocker as most corporations do this, but here they monitor your chats, the gossips you do in between breaks, they install a software in your laptops wherein they can track your hours. Sometimes if you're work is done before the shift ends, you have to give a justification. If you ever gossip about your TL, he/she will hold a personal grudge and make sure you're bombarded with irrelevant targets. 7. No Confidentiality - You can never trust people here. If you have a meeting in confidence with your HR about your manager, he/she will pressure the HR into telling him/her. Always have stuff in writing and not rely on verbal stuff. Thats all i can think of now. Honestly you will have to be thick skinned to work here as you'll be required to be vocal about things that bother you. If you're naive, they'll grill you left and right. The only good thing here is the training they provide for Google & Yahoo and that working with people in the States you'll brush up on your vocabulary and speaking skills. I wish there was a rating bar as minus. Anyway, the list of cons are endless. Hypocritical and double-standard management. Somehow they are obsessed with individual attire, appearance, and etiquette. The best way to excel in this organization is to flatter your talentless leader and remain completely ambitionless. However, even thatwon’t give you a decent salary. Management, they don't provide good increments and it's chindi they have money to do office renovations but not to pay employees from last 1 year I am working can only see renovations happening and Starbucks coffee coming for management and also lunch employees they don't have any activities only party but seniors everyday they have parties

Nothing to learn. Feels like a BPO/KPO company, although they claim to be digital marketing firm. Their internal tools to manage campaigns will make the matter even worse for you. Every month there is a batch of 20 to 30 odd people joining in because that many people leave every month and it is quite normal, management is hardly bothered by this. Please do yourself a favor, don't join this company, you will regret it and you will struggle to get a job outside if you show Reach Local experience. They have a bad reputation outside....Read More

Good start for the freshers and they provide proper training proces and give enough time to understand the process.

Dislikes

No work from home even in difficult times and there are some school like rules that you have to complete 9 hours everyday punch in punch out. Coming to office after 10 am is considered as half day.

Multiple HR Teams call on same day, multiple times and say come for an interview, suggest his or her name because they get incentives for getting hired. All the HR's says that we will manage the Managers and try to take you in the organization. Some of the employees also call and tell that please tell he or she referred this organization, so that they get incentives. This creates a problem whose name shall we suggest when we enter the organization. Then they say we have a bond for 2 years and we need to pay deposit of Rs 50,000/- for their laptops and we can take them when we leave organization, its an organization rule. If we don't agree on this HR says give blank cheque with no amount in the bank, company has no time to verify so you will get your job 100%.
