I wish there was a rating bar as minus. Anyway, the list of cons are endless. Hypocritical and double-standard management. Somehow they are obsessed with individual attire, appearance, and etiquette. The best way to excel in this organization is to flatter your talentless leader and remain completely ambitionless. However, even thatwon’t give you a decent salary. Good start for the freshers and they provide proper training proces and give enough time to understand the process.

Dislikes

No work from home even in difficult times and there are some school like rules that you have to complete 9 hours everyday punch in punch out. Coming to office after 10 am is considered as half day.
