I wish there was a rating bar as minus. Anyway, the list of cons are endless. Hypocritical and double-standard management. Somehow they are obsessed with individual attire, appearance, and etiquette. I got the call from HR. I frankly asked him to let me know the salary bracket they are offering and if that matches with my expectations only then i'll come down for an interview otherwise it's a waste of time for both. When it didn't match, he shamed me for expecting too much (I expected 8k more than my current in hand) he was arrogant and rude. I was so shocked to hear him talking to me like that what he said is "mnc". He was talking like some road side cheap goon. I was responding in English and he kept on talking in Hindi.
